Vase - Glass

Sommerso glass vase, multicolored, in Murano (Italy) style, second half of the 20th century.

Slim, organic form with flowing lines, characteristic of mid-century artistic glass. Made using the sommerso technique, with striking color transitions—from warm shades of orange and yellow to cool turquoise and blue—enclosed in a clear glass mass.

A clear depth and light effect, with natural air bubbles formed during hand-forming of the glass. Overall, a highly decorative, spatial effect.

The vase is heavy and substantial, made of high-quality artistic glass. Unmarked on the bottom.

Condition: very good — no cracks or damage. On the bottom there are no scratches. Normal signs of use.
