This piece was retailed by Albert Bodling, a known watchmaker and jeweler based in Norrköping, Sweden, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The movement is signed "Perfecta," a brand associated with the Swiss manufacturer Simon Burger & Gasser.
Case & Aesthetics
Material: Solid silver, hallmarked "0,800" (80% silver).
Hallmarks: Features the "Grouse" Swiss silver hallmark and the German "Crown and Moon" hallmark, indicating it was manufactured in Switzerland for export.
Case Back: Engine-turned (guilloché) finish with a central vacant cartouche featuring the initials "G.S."
