The clock in the photograph is probably an Art Deco pendule by the French sculptor Pierre Séga.
The clock is not running at the moment but has run quite recently. It is probably caused by dust in the movement. When this is resolved, the clock will undoubtedly run again.
The clock has no striking mechanism and therefore does not strike on the full or half hours.

De klok op de afbeelding is waarschijnlijk een Art Deco pendule van de Franse beeldhouwer Pierre Séga. 
De klok loot op dit moment niet maar heeft vrij recentelijk nog wel gelopen. Waarschijnlijk wordt dit veroorzaakt door stof in het uurwerk. Wanneer dit opgelost is zal de klok ongetwijfeld weer lopen. De klok heeft geen slagwerk en slaat daarom niet op de hele of halve uren.
