The stool, a footrest by Fabrizio Marcelletti, as evidenced by the metalwork. The leather cushion and the wooden frame that supports it have been completely replaced.

Most of the objects with this kind of metalwork are wrongly attributed to Pier Luigi Colli, as explains Davide Alaimo, who is one of the leading experts on Colli’s work. They were instead produced by a blacksmith, also from Turin, named Fabrizio Marcelletti.

Erano invece prodotti da un fabbro, sempre di Torino, che si chiamava Fabrizio Marcelletti.
