Polished fossil coral – Devonian – Morocco

Age: about 400 million years
Period: Devonian
Origin: Southern Morocco
Magnificent specimen of polished fossil coral, in an exceptionally well-preserved state. The ancient coral structures, finely detailed and clearly visible across the entire surface, testify to its Devonian origin. The polishing beautifully highlights the natural geometry of the coral colonies, with warm hues ranging from beige to golden brown.
An ancient natural piece, sourced from the southern Moroccan deposits, where some of the world’s finest fossil corals are found.
A remarkable collector’s or decorative piece, rare for its size (over a kilogram) and the quality of its polish.
It will be shipped promptly with well-protected packaging and a tracking number.
