Smoked green blown and hot-shaped glass centrepiece, with original Val Saint Lambert label, circa 1960-1970.
Imposing centrepiece in translucent smoked green glass, made using the blown and hot-shaped glass technique. The organic and fluid shape evokes a wave or whirlpool movement, with elegant curves and a beautiful thickness of material. Heavy and sculptural piece from Val Saint Lambert’s “Fantaisies Modernes” series of the 1960s. Unsigned but with its recognizable original label.
Good overall condition. Some visible usage scratches on the surface and a small chip on the foot. No major cracks or chips. Weight 2400 g. Dimensions: height approx. 6 cm, maximum length approx. 23 cm.
