Ceramics - Maiolica
"Koi carp" was made by shaping the clay and, through firing in a professional kiln, terracotta was obtained.
Then, at the second firing, ceramic was obtained.
The artist studies the animals and the feeling she perceives; she conveys it through her vision, molding the matter.
The carp is a lively fish full of vigor and longevity. It is a symbol of courage, strength and patience. It is a magical and lucky animal that evokes the East and all the charm it brings.
It features a hook to hang.
It will be shipped inside a solid packaging, with a certificate of authenticity.
