Artist: SKE

With Case départ, SKE returns to the essentials.
The grid-like composition recalls the rigor of a Mondrian-inspired grid, repurposed here as a surface for memories and pop culture.
Each square becomes a fragment of memory: some full, others left hanging, as in childhood. Snoopy, a figure of carefree happiness, moves freely within this orderly structure.
Where Mondrian sought abstract balance, SKE injects emotion, storytelling, and nostalgia.
A joyful and structured work, where the square becomes the starting point of memory.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist and a versatile creator who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.
He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with double meanings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s value is on a notable rise. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then voted Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October and also had a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, cementing his place on the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE is also making a mark in the digital artworks market, a major trend of the past two years, enhancing the appeal of his creations among collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a now indispensable style.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Artist Rated & Awarded – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
AN UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His linework combines the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating subversion from Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge eras: they reinterpret the classics, not hesitating to twist Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr. Brainwash or KAWS.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the legendary Game Boy world, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXE, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you encounter sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art with textured finishes that sometimes evoke the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your interior.
