Description from the seller

- Limited edition of the artwork "Crowned PEZ" by the artist SKE
- Publisher: Atelier MONTMARTRE FineArt.
- FineArt print on museum-quality Hahnemühle art paper.
- ISO A3 format (42x29.7 cm) easy to frame.
- Edition number: 04/10
- Artwork created and drawn on a graphic tablet and Photoshop, no AI used. Theme: Snoopy cartoon, Basquiat, PEZ Dispenser and graffiti.
- Crowned PEZ brings together pop childhood and the raw energy of street art in a composition that is as tender as it is rebellious.
Snoopy, the iconic silhouette of graphic culture, appears here crowned in yellow, in a posture full of affection: he embraces a figure inspired by Basquiat’s universe and his legendary PEZ Dispenser.

The red niche becomes a surface for urban expression, marked with white brands, symbols, spontaneous strokes and splashes of paint revealing SKE’s expressive aesthetic.
The whole merges softness and visual power, between homage to pop culture, satire and the spirit of contemporary street.

A vibrant, offbeat piece that is immediately recognizable, ideal for fans of revisited pop art and creations that tell a story

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught, versatile French artist who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, fuse the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s value is rising notably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Discovery of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by Opulence Gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited at major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE is also making his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.

Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a now-unmissable style.

SKE is undoubtedly an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.

A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His line combines the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to divert Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.

POP CULTURE & NOSTalgia Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with characters like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge McDuck’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics and superheroes is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.

LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits alongside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you’ll encounter sneaker worlds (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass-consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It is a vibrant art, with textured finishes that sometimes evoke Jeff Koons’ glossy finish or the facets of Richard Orlinski.

This artwork is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your interior.
