Sennheiser - Electret directional microphone ME 80 + K3U Dynamic microphone - Multiple models

Beautiful SENNHEISER shotgun directional microphone. This microphone has been used very little and is therefore in excellent condition. It shows minor cosmetic wear from use such as a small scratch on L+R. The microphone passed the 48-hour phantom test perfectly.
The required battery or its replacement is easily available online or through photography shops, but is not included. (see photo with 4x LR44 placed as replacement battery.)
It is a vintage, legendary Sennheiser ME80 electret condenser shotgun microphone, including the versatile K3U power module.
This modular system from the 70s/80s is known for its excellent directional sensitivity and warm, analog sound. Ideal for nature recordings, interviews, or as a vintage addition to your audio setup.

The microphone is in neat condition. The battery compartment is clean (no leakage) and the thread of the module runs smoothly. The K3U module features a 3-position bass roll-off switch to filter out undesired low-frequency sound.
