AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Our sculptures of the series "Maraña" are a whirlwind of stainless steel. Hand-forged, every curve and spiral conveys movement and fluidity, symbolizing the constant changes we face. When contemplating it, you will feel a surge of energy and vigor that will fill your home with a modern and elegant presence, inspiring reflection and wonder.

This sculpture of the series "Maraña Inox" is the fruit of improvisation; once begun, we let ourselves be carried by the sinuous forms that shape the sculpture.

Certificate of authenticity attached.

Fern is the pseudonym used by the sculptor Clavo when collaborating with the sculptor Carmen Lop. Both sculptors work in metal forging, mainly iron and steel. The techniques they primarily use are forging and welding. Their styles range from figurative to abstract, passing through pop art. They attach great importance to technique and artisanal work to produce a good sculpture. They have participated in numerous exhibitions, both group and solo, mainly national. They have received awards separately, notably the "Premio de escultura urbana Ciudad de Avila" in 2006 and the "Memorial a las Victimas de la Violencia Machista" in Zaragoza 2016. They admire Spanish sculptors such as Martín Chirino, Jorge Oteiza, Eduardo Chillida, or Julio González.
