Artist Biography
Guy-Philippe Bruhammer
French abstract artist – born 1967 – work exhibited in New York
Guy-Philippe Bruhammer is a French abstract artist born in 1967, whose distinctive work is attracting growing international attention. By combining resin, crystals, pigments, and mineral matter, he creates powerful, immersive paintings—true windows opened onto an unreal world, between mystery and fascination.
His work sits at the crossroads of contemporary abstraction and an almost alchemical exploration of matter. Resin, fluid and luminous, becomes, under his hand, a vehicle for depth, while the crystals he includes in his compositions add relief, brilliance, and spiritual dimension. Each piece invites an inward journey, between chaos and harmony, minerality and transparency.
Far from traditional codes, Guy-Philippe Bruhammer constructs a dreamlike and organic universe, evoking both cosmic landscapes and the invisible structures of the soul. His art, at once sensory, enigmatic, and meditative, appeals to an international audience seeking visual emotion and meaning.
His works are exhibited in New York, in renowned galleries, where he enjoys increasing recognition. His market value is rising quickly, driven by the enthusiasm of collectors and contemporary art lovers. An artist of rising prominence and acclaim, Guy-Philippe Bruhammer today stands as one of the distinctive figures of French abstract creation, both visionary and deeply rooted in real materials.
