2026

Since 2018, Warren Podguszer, known by the pseudonym Wawapod, has immersed himself in the world of Pop Art and street art in Paris, developing a unique style that fuses geometry and popular iconography. His work is distinguished by the reuse of emblematic icons through accumulations of dots, paying homage to the history of art and to popular figures he admires.

His works often have an abstract first reading that becomes figurative depending on the distance from which you view. He likes the idea that every person who observes his works does not necessarily see the same thing, but above all he likes playing with the observer's eye.

By subverting certain masterpieces, he aims to rediscover them by the general public and invites them to explore the history of art in a playful, modern, and democratic way.

Possibility to pick up the artwork in the Île-de-France region.

This artwork is a unique piece and hand-signed on the back and front by the artist.

Technique: Aerosol paint and acrylic on paper.

Wawapod is a Parisian artist and street artist who has exhibitions across the country. His works are presented in several galleries in France and Europe.

WAWAPOD belongs to the same artistic current as: Jacques Villeglé, Invader, Jef Aérosol, Speedy Graphito, Vhils, Banksy, Mr. Brainwash, Obey, Shepard Fairey, OneMizer, C215, Basquiat, Keith Haring, Andy Warhol and Jerome Mesnager.
