A young Renaissance lady, clear reference and revisitation of The Lady with the Ermine, enters the smartphone era. She holds a frame in front of her face and extends her arm for a selfie with an orange phone. The frame does not limit; it stages. The classical portrait becomes a contemporary performance, where the pose is a message and identity is built in front of the camera.

Technique and Creation
High-definition photographic composition with painterly rendering on fine art print. Warm palette, soft studio lighting, attention to costume details and furs. The physical frame introduces a second visual level that guides the gaze and creates depth. Post-production calibrated to maintain painterly grain and an elegant balance between ancient and current.

Inspiration and Curiosity
The work rereads Renaissance portraiture in light of digital self-narration. The reference to The Lady with the Ermine is intentional but not literal, transformed into pop language. The phone replaces the brush, the pose becomes an authorial act.
