XTC’s Mc Caviar Tiffany, a mixed‑media sculpture in bois, verre and plastique with a genuine mother‑of‑pearl spoon, signed by hand, edition 11/15, dated 2026, dimensions 25 × 18 × 18 cm, made in France, with a glass dome that is an integral part of the work.
Description from the seller
Cornet de Mc Caviar x Tiffany with a mother-of-pearl spoon by XTC.
Détournement of a McDonald’s cone, the crossing of luxury and mass consumption.
This is not a Mc Do cone in cardboard; everything has been created from plastic materials and painted by XTC except the genuine mother-of-pearl spoon.
The glass cloche is an integral part of the artwork.
Signed and numbered below out of 15, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The sample in the photo is not necessarily the one that will be sent.
Careful and traceable shipment.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration has become a passion, which had to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the détournement of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity expresses itself through the bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes collide with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne or even Caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all sorts of resins, plastics, and sometimes minerals.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey and advertising and addictions in general.
All possible defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
