Set of 8 Porto, liqueur, or sweet wine glasses in engraved crystal — Art Deco, circa 1900–1910
Rich guilloché-type decoration and ornamental friezes on the upper part of the cup.
The engraving work is delicate and regular, with decorative motifs typical of the early 20th century, in a style close to French productions of the period.
Under a 365 nm UV lamp, fluorescence is observable in the dark, indicating the presence of manganese used as a decolorizing agent, typical of productions from the late 19th – early 20th century.
The glasses are in very good condition
