In this work the surface is no longer a neutral field, but an active, layered and discontinuous territory. Three planes overlap and separate: the upper green, marked by a flag, suggests a goal; the central white interrupts continuity like a visual pause; the lower green welcomes an isolated figure, suspended in a minimal action.

The painterly material, thick and directional, builds an unstable landscape, where the margins are irregular and the surfaces seem to slide over one another. The painterly gesture thus becomes structure: it does not represent the field, but generates it.
