πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallerist, Exhibition curator, Music critic…)
Multidisciplinary artist and bearer of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of colorful sculptures, mischievous homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, lulled by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — especially Rockit (1983), after which its name is born. Made in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection unfolds into four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
A metal-and-matter poem, ROBBIT blends pop audacity and playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and a visual melody. These pieces, designed to catch the eye and complete contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before it disappears.
