Zlatoust "Forest Stream" (1986) – 24K Gold & Nickel Steel Engraving
A masterfully crafted Soviet-era decorative steel plaque titled "Forest Stream". Produced in 1986 in the historic city of Zlatoust, famous for its elite metal engraving tradition.
The piece is created using a complex multi-stage process of etching, nickel plating, and genuine 24-carat gold gilding, accented with deep blue pigment. Unlike most vintage specimens, this item is in excellent, intact condition with no wear to the gold plating or colors.
The piece bears the master's initials 'ЖА', representing the high standard of the Zlatoust engraving school, which is world-renowned for its contributions to luxury metalwork found in prestigious museums like the State Hermitage.
Reverse: Original factory stamp/sticker confirming the year (1986г.), origin (CCCP), and city (Zlatoust).
