The antique silver mint box is of the round type with a hinged lid finished with a fine floral engraving. The edge of the lid and the lower edge have a fine engraving in a rib motif.

Silver hallmarks:
lopend leeuwtje (2e gehalte zilver, 833/1000) - Minerva head - year letter D 1838 - master silversmith's mark.

Dimensions:
diameter 5.5 cm - height 2 cm and a weight of 23 g.

Condition:
in good condition with normal signs of use/aging - see photos (these are part of the description and condition).
