Charming silver seal stamp (boar’s head) depicting Cupid. Love is standing, one leg braced, the other bent. He has a quiver at his side and holds an arrow in his hand. His face is turned downward, his eyes round, his hair curly; he is absolutely charming, with an adorable expression.

The sculpture work is of incredible finesse, with meticulous cold-working finishing. The seal is finely carved in carnelian.

This is very likely a French piece from the Napoléon III era. There is a jeweller’s hallmark showing two letters G J and a silver hallmark with a boar’s head.

OVERALL CONDITION is very good, noting a crack in the seal visible in the photo. Weight 70 g. Height 7 cm.

Il a le visage tourné vers le bas, les jour ronde, la chevelure boucler il est absolument charmant, une adorable expression.

Le travail de sculpture est d une incroyable finesse avec une reprise a froid minutieuse 
le sceau est finement sculpter dans la cornaline .    

Il s'agit tré probablement d'un travaille français époque Napoléon III . 
il y a un poinçon d orfèvre représentant deux lettre G J et un poinçon d argent tête de sanglier.

ETAT générale et tré bon, a signaler une fissure sur le sceau visible sur la photo
