Skull replica of the 1974 fossil “Lucy” (Australopithecus afarensis) discovered in the Afar Region in northeastern Ethiopia. Top-class museum replica from Ossatorum Aterna. These replicas are not available on the general market but only at specialized auction houses. The fossil parts consist of a mineral compound, basically stone. The rest is made of high-quality plastic, like in the original. The fossil is mounted on a transparent stand with a wooden base that contains the designation and the age. Truly a first-class museum fabrication. But as my collection is now more focused on medicine, Lucy may move on :)
