An English Georgian-era stand with a refined inkstand in sterling silver and glass.
London 1798
Oval shape and refined decoration.
Accompanied by a glass inkwell with a silver lid, but of Victorian era.
Tray later engraved, E&R 1952, presumably in memory of Queen Elizabeth.
Hallmarks: full hallmarks on the back.
Weight: 116 grams for the tray.
Dimensions: tray 13 cm x 16.5 cm.
Conditions: good for age. Stands upright. Crisp decoration, with no dents, repairs, or other issues to note. The hinge and lid of the inkwell are slightly bent and irregular. Please view the photographs.
