AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Very beautiful antique skeleton clock (works inside the movement of an old Comtoise clock) with anchor escapement and a super-large harp pendulum from France, ca. 1830/1860
Completely spotless and running well.
Beautiful piece of engineering and a pleasure to look at.
The clock has beautiful brass hands.
The clock has a large bright bronze bell striking on the half hours and has a repeater strike on the full hours; however this is currently blocked and needs some attention to be made functional again.
The clock is supplied as: antique clock and accompanying harp pendulum and winding key, but without weights. Weights are often rustic (pebble) stones used here, in a net, of about 4–5 kg.
Dimensions H x W x D = 47x28x16 cm, pendulum length = 105 cm, diameter of pendulum disc = 28 cm
Weight approx. 7 kg (without weights)
