Brochure published for the Milan Triennale in 2010. Illustrated soft cover, stapled. In excellent condition. A useful complement to Alec Soth's masterwork “Sleeping by the Mississippi.”
Alec Soth rose to prominence in 2004 with a series of portraits of residents of small American towns, a project titled “Sleeping by the Mississippi.” This was followed by a succession of projects exploring themes such as love, invisibility, and escape, each within the context of life in the American Midwest. With his unique eye, Soth is regarded as one of the greatest contemporary photographers of the American social and geographical landscape.
