Description from the seller
Elegant service cart in the characteristic design of the 1960s/1970s, crafted in the Mid-Century Modern style with clear influences from Hollywood Regency. The cart impresses with its harmonious combination of functionality and decorative aesthetics.
The frame is made of gold-colored metal with a brass look and is accented by finely crafted details such as ribbed struts and decorative ball endings. Two sturdy shelves made of tinted glass offer ample space for glasses, bottles, or serving utensils and underscore the elegant overall impression.
Especially noteworthy are the large, delicate spoke wheels and the smaller caster wheels, which not only provide mobility but also constitute a distinctive design element. The dark grip and support elements in wood appearance create a stylish contrast to the warm gold shade of the frame and echo the typical material combination of the design era.
The service cart is ideally suited as a bar cart, side table, or decorative piece of furniture and blends seamlessly into both classical and modern interiors.
There are accordingly signs/features consistent with the age. Additionally, the glass has a small chip in one spot, which is not really noticeable and does not impair function."
