Beautiful oil on canvas by André MARCHAND (1877-1951) signed bottom left and dated indistinctly (likely 1932)
André Marchand, born and died in Paris, was a pupil of Bonnat, Detaille and Toudouze; member of the Society of French Artists from 1898 and awarded medals in 1904 and 1920.

DIMENSIONS: 33 x 55 cm (without the frame)

CONDITION: good, some cracks

FRAME: gilded frame from the period 44 x 66 cm
