Exceptional spiral-counting gauge from the prestigious Swiss manufacturer E. LUTHY-HIRT in Bienne. This high-precision instrument, indispensable to master watchmakers and regulators of the early 20th century, is a true museum piece for the discerning collector.
Manufacturer : E. Luthy-Hirt, Bienne (Switzerland).
Serial number : 7488 (engraved on the base and inscribed in the presentation case).
Aesthetic condition : Superb conservation. The nickel plating is bright, the white enamel dial is in perfect condition (no cracks or chips), and the hand is original.
Operational condition : The instrument is perfectly functional. The zeroing lever (located above the Bienne inscription) is present and operational. The hand responds with precision and smoothness. All micrometric adjustment screws function perfectly.
Inclusions : Sold with its original protective case (red velvet interior), bearing witness to the care given to this tool through the decades.
