Superb set of 3 large table napkins in white damask linen, from a French bourgeois trousseau of the Belle Époque.

The damask fabric features delicate floral patterns woven in relief, characteristic of the high-quality household linens of the period.

Each napkin is adorned with an elegant monogram embroidered white-on-white in satin stitch, enhanced by a central floral motif very finely worked.

The border features beautiful geometric openwork, bearing witness to exceptional artisanal craftsmanship.
