A rare carafon 19th-century crystal carafe-flacon by Montcenis, historically linked to Baccarat and Saint-Louis.
This Carafe comes from Montcenis glassworks, a manufactory closely connected to both Baccarat and Saint-Louis in the 19th century, sharing craftsmen, cutting techniques and stylistic traditions.
Many early Baccarat and Saint-Louis designs were produced in Montcenis before the houses fully separated their production lines.
The condition remains excellent: the bodies are clear, bright, and finely worked authentic piece of 19th-century French crystal craftsmanship.
A refined and highly decorative flacon, perfect for collectors of Baccarat, Saint-Louis or early French crystal.
Height — 9 cm
Opening diameter — 4,5 cm
Circumference — 27,5 cm
