Stool - Oak - Two vintage side stools

Two very decorative plant tables / children's stools / side stools. The stools are in good condition with logical signs of use. Both stools date from the 1950s or 1960s. They are still completely stable.

The data:
The light-brown stool weighs 1.4 kg, is 29 cm high and the top is 26 cm x 17 cm
The dark-brown stool weighs 1.3 kg, is 31 cm high and the top is 24 cm x 16.5 cm

Both pieces of furniture are still in good condition and stable. Both show logical signs of use, but for furniture of about 60 or 70 years old, they look very good. Even more, the signs of use add to the charm. The light-brown stool has no varnish finish. The legs extend into the top. the stool has been painted. The paint is largely worn away, but here and there still clearly visible. whether this was the original painting or whether the painting was ever applied by an owner is hard to say.
The dark stool has been treated with a dark stain and then varnished.
Although the stools are not identical, they resemble each other a lot. Both have a slightly chamfered top, and the dimensions are almost the same. Both stools are stable, noting that a few legs of the light stool sit a tiny bit loose.

The stools can be regarded as side tables. Of course they are perfect children's stools, but they can be used as small pedestals or plant tables, but also a low side table (see photos). Of course the stools in themselves are already very attractive furniture for any kind of interior!
