Vintage Bronze Inkpot in Golden Bronze, Imperial Style, Napoleonic III Era
Elegant antique inkpot in gilded bronze, made in Imperial style and dating to the Napoleonic III period, in the second half of the 19th century. The piece features refined ornamental architecture inspired by neoclassical taste, with lateral balustrades, corner columns and decorative friezes with finely chased floral and classical motifs. In the center is the cylindrical ink container with hinged lid, adorned with vertical grooves and a raised ornamental band, surmounted by a turned knob. The shaped base is enriched with elegant vegetal decorations and perimeter frames that enhance its craftsmanship. A piece of great charm and value, ideal for period studies, prestigious desks, or 19th-century writing desk collections.
