During broadcasts, podcasts and recordings, the key to success is the voice. However, after cleaning and processing, every detail can be heard. That’s why we created the SM7B microphone, delivering warm sound reproduction that listeners love.
BASIC FEATURES
Flat, wide frequency response that provides exceptionally clean and natural reproduction of music and speech
Bass cut and presence boost (midrange emphasis) controllable via the influence of the frequency response settings icons
Improved resistance to electromagnetic interference through optimized shielding that limits broadband interference emitted by computer monitors
Internal pneumatic anti-shock system "air suspension" practically eliminates transmission of mechanical disturbances
High-efficiency pop filter eliminates the need for extra wind protection, plosives, and breathing sounds, even with very close microphone placement
Includes a detachable A7WS windscreen designed to reduce plosives and provide warmer sound when the microphone is used at close range during singing
Clamp-on mount for easy installation and removal, and above all precise microphone positioning control
Classic cardioid polar pattern, uniform across the entire frequency range and symmetrical about the microphone axis. This provides maximum rejection of adjacent sounds and minimal coloration of sounds received when the mic is angled
