Description from the seller
For sale: a LEM vintage dynamic headset, either mono or stereo type DR 80 C, in nice presentation condition. ORTF type from the 1970s.
Perfect working order. Original product.
- Box shows signs of use with cosmetic defects.
- Manual provided with specifications.
- Photo of Alain Delon / Dalida / Coluche for illustration purposes only.
This is a classic mount headset, very comfortable to wear. It has been designed especially for high-fidelity listening, with an especially wide frequency response. It is particularly recommended for language laboratories or for listening to music in stereo. The headset can handle very high power, making it suitable for long-term use without introducing distortion in the bass frequencies.
Characteristics:
- Sensitivity: 110 dB at 1 kHz for 1 mW on each earpiece, considering the ear-lobe accommodation
- Impedance: Standard = 2 x 8 Ohms in stereo
- Bandwidth: 25 to 17000 Hz in 10 dB steps
- Maximum admissible continuous power per ear: 9.5 W, with a crest factor of 3. (However, distortion and sometimes damage may occur beyond 1 W)
