Menorah - Brass

An antique brass menorah with seven arms, featuring a richly decorated octagonal base. The piece originates from a Dutch private collection and has been in family ownership for several generations.
The menorah is exceptionally heavy at nearly 2 kilograms, confirming solid cast brass construction throughout. The seven arms are elegantly curved with beaded detailing and topped with rounded cup-shaped candle holders. The central shaft is turned and ribbed, rising from an ornately decorated octagonal base with embossed relief decoration. A maker’s stamp is visible on the interior of the base, supporting the authenticity of the piece.
The surface displays a rich natural patina with areas of green verdigris consistent with genuine age. The piece has not been polished or treated, preserving its authentic character.
