This model is a very early Dinky Toys commercial vehicle, made from 1935 to 1940. The flat wheels and dunlop tyres show that it is not an early post war issue. Those had metal wheels.

The model shows almost no signs of age. The paint is still fresh and there are no blemishes. Only the non-visible inside edges of the cover are damaged, due to taking the cover of. This model is totally free of metal-fatique, almost unique for a pre-war French Dinky. The cover is not rusted.
