Coffee and tea service (5) - Silver

Elegant tea and coffee set in Sheffield plate, produced between the 1930s and 1940s of the 20th century, characterized by a refined fluted decoration that animates the body with a regular succession of vertical grooves, giving rhythm and luminosity to the surface.
The form is harmonious and well balanced, with a slender and functional spout, designed to pour with precision. The handle and the lid knob are made of black resin, a material typical of the era, which creates a pleasant color contrast with the shine of the silvered metal and ensures a secure grip during use. The sugar bowl lid is missing.
The interior is in good condition. The exterior retains a lovely overall luster. There are only light superficial external marks, compatible with age and use, that do not compromise the aesthetics or functionality of the object. The tray is more noticeably marked by time.
An elegant, timeless set for 12, perfect for everyday use but also ideal as a decorative element on a sideboard or a tea trolley.
