Table (7) - Hardwood, Burr walnut

Elegant Italian handcrafted table made in the mid-20th century, inspired by decorative models of Louis XV and Italian Baroque, reinterpreted with the usual meticulous craftsmanship of 20th-century artisanal production.
The top features a splendid finish in blonde walnut burl, with inlays of floral and geometric motifs that enhance its brightness and material depth. The surface, rich in natural grain, gives the piece a warm and scenographic character.
The base is a centrally carved structure, identifiable as a basket-type, with scrolling legs and rich carvings executed with notable mastery. The volutes, scrolls and soft curves faithfully recall the ornamental language of the eighteenth century, reinterpreted decoratively in the twentieth century.
The table is fully dismountable, a rare feature for pieces of this type and very useful for transport and handling.
