Giuseppe De Luca debuts as a self-taught artist in the magazine Intrepido in 1995. From 2004 onward he publishes several comics with the Cultural Association Alex Raymond, also known as "Cronaca di Topolinia". In 2006 he joins the staff of L'insonne, illustrating episodes 7 and 8 of the series. In 2007 the first episode of the series New World Order for Image Comics appears with his drawings. Starting from 2008 his drawings illustrate several episodes of the monthly series Nemrod for Star Comics: episodes 4, 10, 13, 18, 23. In 2010 for Star Comics he is the artist of the first episode and the cover artist of the miniseries Pinkerton s.a.. In 2010 there is also a debut in France with "Zephyr Editions" with the comic "Les enragés du Normandie-Niemen", in 2012 with the series "Blackbirds". In 2011, always for Star Comics, he draws the fourth episode of San Michele. In 2015 he makes his debut on the comic series Dragonero for Sergio Bonelli Editore.
Currently he is drawing the volumes of Buck Danny "Origines".
