These are collectible Italian phone cards from the "Calciatori Panini" series, produced by Telecom Italia (formerly SIP) in the 1990s and in the early 2000s. Unlike traditional trading cards, these are magnetic stripe or chip cards, used in public phone booths before the widespread advent of mobile phones.
