Brandberg mountain, Namibia — a twin amethyst specimen with two quartz crystals growing side by side on a natural matrix, weight 33 g, dimensions 4.7 × 5.4 × 2.2 cm.
Description from the seller
A superb Brandberg amethyst specimen featuring two sharply terminated quartz crystals growing side by side from a natural matrix base — a classic and highly desirable twin presentation from this world-renowned Namibian locality. Both crystals display the characteristic Brandberg color zoning: water-clear bases transitioning into rich deep purple amethyst phantoms concentrated toward the terminations, creating a stunning visual gradient that is the hallmark of the finest Brandberg material.
The larger crystal shows exceptional transparency with well-defined purple phantom zoning and sharp hexagonal termination. Numerous fine internal inclusions typical of Brandberg quartz add depth and character. The natural matrix base provides excellent stability and display presentation.
Brandberg amethyst is among the most collectible quartz in the world — prized for its unique combination of clarity, phantom zoning and the mystique of one of Africa's most sacred geological formations.
