Elegant silver-plated butter dish / butter mold in metal, signed Beurrier-Décor, French manufacture, bearing the inscription “trade mark – made in France” as well as two date stamps on the reverse.
This refined tableware accessory consists of two parts: an upper perforated and decorative bowl and a removable inner container. The butter is placed in the lower part, then pushed upward to form delicate rosettes or loops, thanks to the perforated system.
The design, rare with a perforated edge, features fine decorative perforated motifs, characteristic of French tableware from the mid-20th century.
