Description from the seller
GENERAL
This 1970 Lancia Flavia Coupé 2000 is an originally Italian vehicle and represents a rare opportunity for collectors as it is one of only 3456 units ever produced. It is increasingly difficult to find an example in this specific condition. The car has been carefully restored to achieve a five star condition and remains a highly preserved specimen of Italian automotive history.
BODYWORK & PAINT
The paint is well presented with a consistent finish and a high quality gloss throughout the exterior. There are no major dents or obvious signs of accident damage. While minor imperfections such as light scratches or small marks consistent with its age may be present, there is nothing significant that detracts from the aesthetic. The chrome trim including the bumpers and window surrounds is in good condition with a nice shine and no major pitting. All glass remains clear and free of cracks while the lights and lenses are complete and well maintained. The rubber seals and window trims are fully intact although they show a slight patina from age.
TECHNICAL
The vehicle was restored with great care and all primary systems including the brakes, suspension, and belts are in good condition. The engine and mechanical components function as intended. Regarding the underside, surface rust is visible on the exhaust system and some underbody components which is typical for a vehicle of this era. The underbody shows age related wear but there is no structural rust or evidence of poorly executed repairs. The tires are also in good condition and ready for use.
INTERIOR
The interior is exceptionally well preserved and maintains its original character. The black leather front and rear seats are in excellent condition and show very little wear. This is complemented by red carpeting that is clean and provides a sharp contrast to the dark upholstery. Both the dashboard and the instrument cluster are fully intact and remain in their original configuration. The door panels and headliner have been maintained to a high standard to match the five star quality of the rest of the cabin.
DOCUMENTS
This Lancia is accompanied by an impressive history file that makes it stand out in the market. It includes the original maintenance books which is a rare find for a vehicle from 1970. The car comes with a complete set of records documenting its history and the care it has received over the decades.
COLLECTION
The vehicle is located in Alcácer do Sal, Portugal, situated conveniently between Lisbon and Setubal. Potential buyers or interested parties can arrange for viewing or transport from this historic region.
OTHER INFORMATION
The restoration was carried out with a focus on maintaining the car's original integrity while bringing it to a premium standard. The vehicle presents a consistent finish that reflects the great care taken during its refurbishment process.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
