Table lamp designed by Philippe Starck in 1991 for Flos. The object is constructed entirely from tinted, injection-molded polycarbonate. The design features a conical shade supported by a slender stem and circular base. The lamp displays a visible "stitched" seam along the plastic body, a deliberate decorative element of the mold. The material is translucent, allowing the shade to glow when illuminated. Equipped with an E14 socket for small screw-in bulbs, maximum 60 watts. Includes original black cord with integrated on/off switch.
