The rugged polystyrene honeycomb enclosure houses two 16-bit TDA1541A/N2 linear DACs with fourfold oversampling, a fully floating CDM-4/19 laser emitter with a volume knob, integrated stabilized power supplies, the Favorites Title Selection (FTS), 20-track random playback, extended programming and editing modes, Line Out (in 3 dB steps), automatic music scan (AMS), random playback, electronic digital output, and Marantz D-Bus input/output for remote control of the system. Additionally, the device features a headphone jack, RCA sockets for fixed and adjustable line output, an RCA jack for coaxial digital output, and D-Bus connections for remote control of the system.
