Pair of antique 835 silver salt spoons with cherub finials, dating to circa 1900–1930 in Europe; each about 5.5 cm long and together weighing about 8 g, with hallmarks 835 S and an additional maker’s mark, in good antique condition with patina.

Pair of antique 835 silver salt spoons with cherub finials
Beautiful pair of antique silver salt spoons featuring finely detailed cherub (putti) figures on the handles.
The elegant scrollwork beneath the figures adds a decorative and classical touch.
The spoons are made of 835 silver, as indicated by the hallmarks “835 S” visible on the reverse.
There is an additional small maker’s mark, which is difficult to read (possibly “PL” or “FL”).
Likely of Northern European origin and dating to the early 20th century (circa 1900–1930).
These charming spoons were traditionally used for serving salt and are both decorative and collectible items.
They remain in good antique condition with visible patina and signs of age, which enhances their authentic character.
