NO1R is a multidisciplinary visual artist working across mixed media painting and 3D sculpture, with a strong foundation in traditional techniques and a deep connection to street culture.
Moving between urban art, pop art and contemporary storytelling, the work explores a wide range of subjects, from iconic figures in animation and popular culture to original characters, portraits and abstract compositions. Alongside painting, NO1R develops sculptural pieces through digital modeling, later produced in resin or filament, extending the visual language into physical form.
With a background in visual arts and audiovisual, and influenced by the early evolution of graffiti culture in Portugal, the practice reflects a lifelong passion for illustration, music and expressive visual creation.
