An extraordinary Official Proof Coin Set from the Republic of Panama, minted in 1977 by The Franklin Mint. This is one of the most iconic sets ever produced for collectors, primarily due to the presence of the legendary 20 Balboas coin.
The set includes several high-purity silver coins:
* 20 Balboas: .925 Sterling Silver – A massive coin weighing 129.59 grams with a diameter of 61mm. It features Vasco Núñez de Balboa.
* 5 Balboas: .925 Sterling Silver.
* 1 Balboa: .925 Sterling Silver.
* Detailed Denominations: 50, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, and 1 Centesimo.
All coins are in GEM Proof condition, featuring the classic Franklin Mint "Cameo" effect (deep mirror fields with frosted white devices).
