Picture frame - Gilt bronze - 21 cm x 31 cm

Photo frame in gilded bronze, architecturally shaped, adorned with a stylized ribbon knot forming a crown. The mount features a molded and radiating decorative surround framing a central circular medallion, intended to hold a photograph or miniature.

The back preserves its original fixing system and wire easel, allowing table display. One reads a molded inscription « BREVETÉ S.G.D.G. » and « PARIS », indicating a model protected by patent under French legislation in force until the mid-20th century.

French workmanship from the late 19th century – early 20th century.
