Rare unused Nirvana ticket for the concert on March 25, 1994 at Forest National in Brussels. This concert tour was canceled due to Kurt Cobain's hospital admission after a drug overdose. Only 19 days later Cobain committed suicide.

The ticket is in very good condition with a slight crease in the middle
